Michel Turner, MAI; Independent Fee Appraiser, offers over 20 years experience and has also been awarded the MAI designation and holds a State of Arizona Appraisal Certificate. He is in good standing with the Appraisal Institute and the Arizona Board of Appraisers. He has worked with Mr. Wirth and Appraisal Technology, Inc. for more than 14 years and is very knowledgeable with total and partial acquisitions, right of ways, determining severance damages, cost to cure items and client relations.

Jeff W. Windle, GAA; Independent Fee Appraiser has over 22 years commercial real estate experience, including lending, appraisals and consulting. He holds the General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designation and the State of Arizona Appraisal Certificate., is in good standing with the Appraisal Institute and the Arizona Board of Appraisers. He is qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Maricopa County.
