Financial Modeling:
Pro-forma income or cash flow projections for an asset including an
estimate of market rent, potential gross income, vacancy &
collection loss, expenses, capital expenditures, and leasing costs.
Economic & Fiscal Impact Studies:
Economic Impact assessment
examines the economic implications of a proposed development in
terms of production, income, consumption, etc. Fiscal Impact
analysis compares public costs and revenues associated with a
proposed project.
